Well folks, we are just days or weeks from the VERY late issuance of 2021 second installment tax bills. The Illinois Department of Revenue has released the 2021 equalizer which will be 3.0027 for Cook County. The 2021 tentative factor was 2.7297 and the actual factor for 2020 was 3.2234.
